Timothy E. Bianchi is a patent attorney with a background in electrical engineering and physics. He counsels large and small companies in domestic and international patenting, opinions, patent licensing, and patent litigation. Tim is experienced in patenting medical devices, electronics, digital signal processing, software, computer security, wireless monitoring, telecommunications, e-commerce, and business methods. Tim currently represents two of Minnesota's top medical device manufacturers and has engineering and research experience from former employment with the University of Minnesota, IBM, and Honeywell. He is on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota IP Law Association and chairs AIPLA's Electronics and Computer Law Patent Prosecution Committee. Tim has been voted a Top 40 Intellectual Property Lawyer and SuperLawyer since 2004 by Minnesota Law and Politics Magazine. He is a frequent speaker on intellectual property topics.
